A wonderful drive, yet humiliating!

OK, today is my first day having my real driving lesson. Learnt how to do the three-point-turn and reverse parking already. A few more practices and I think I can hit the road already! The hill-ascending? No problem! I've already mastered it long ago, well err... during the three-hour practical, that is.

Hmmm...some of you might be happy to get your L-licence already. I was in an anxious mood to get it, but after I got it, I felt like tearing it into pieces! DAMN! My picture was taken so ugly! You know, they didn't ask me for my passport-size photo (although I brought one in my wallet all the time) and they took a photo of me using their digicam straightaway into their computer. They asked me to remove my spectacles (which I reluctantly obliged) and had my picture taken. When I saw my photo in my L-licence, I really felt like burning it straightaway! Not only was my head tilted one side, my facial features looked so distorted! Without my spectacles, I looked like a total blurcase-man. And my lips! They looked as if I had lipstick on and they looked much thicker, as if I was about to kiss someone! Ugh! Looking at that picture makes me feel sick! When I compared that to my passport-size photo, I was boiling. Why is it that I look much better with my passport-size photo than that in my licence?

I don't think I wanna show my licence to anyone either. It is total embarassment, humiliation, disgrace, etc. I am praying hard that they won't take that picture for my P-licence either! Otherwise, I'll scream my head off in front of the lady in MyEG.
