First Inaugural Dean's List Award
An award for Foundation students who have achieved a Dean's List standing in the last semester! What could be better than that? And what could be more enjoyable than to receive an award in recognition of one's academic excellence?
Nevertheless, it was nothing so special. It was just a short award ceremony with a speech from the Head of Foundation Studies, Associate Professor Dr. Noor Asmawati Zabidi, followed by the award ceremony itself. We received no certificates; all the certificates awarded were just dummy certificates. We were told that we would receive our certificates later. I wonder when will that be.
Anyway, exams are just next week! I hope I can do just as well as last semester, if not better. I hope I have no slacked as I feel that I have.
It is hard, extremely hard, for me to believe that a year has almost passed, almost without my knowing it. I had looked forward for the six-week holidays but not this soon, really. However, I am just as eager to finish off my Foundation studies in UTP so that I can start my undergraduate studies next year in January, which will last for another four years.
So, what's next? (Muses off for a while)
