Just some news...

OK, I've some news. Both bad and good. I'll tell you the bad news first, OK?

Bad news no. 1, I haven't fared so well for my mid-year exams. Well, it's part of my strategy so I'm not really surprised. I didn't concentrate much on my Form 4 syllabus so you can anticipate how badly (or how well) I would do. I doubt if I can even stand among the tops. I hope I can.

Bad news no. 2, I failed my driving test! Well, that was quite some time ago. You wanna know what happened? Well, it was just pure bad luck that I failed. I passed the slope and the parking test, but when it came to the "Jalan Raya" section, I failed. This is what happened. I stopped at the traffic lights and in front of me were about 3 or 4 cars. When the lights turned green, I went. But as I wanted to cross the traffic lights, my front wheels just crossed the white line when the lights turned yellow! Oh, my examiner immediately failed me! Surprisingly, he didn't ask me to get out of the car but asked me to continue driving back to the centre. Oh, you sure can imagine how I fumed for the next two days after the test (and how I cursed the examiner in my heart). But, I'm resitting it on Monday. I got over with it anyway.

Some good news now. I'm much more upgoing nowadays. It seems that my results now motivated me to work harder. Well, as I said, it's part of my strategy! Besides that, hey! I'm using Windows XP Professional now. Well, my Windows ME is still in my PC. What I'm trying to tell you is that I have to Operating Systems in just ONE computer! Well, actually I wanted to just try out Windows XP in my computer. Turn out that it works very well with my old PC! It's five years old, to be exact. And it can support Windows XP. Marvellous, isn't it?

Next, Izharul, Siddarth and I got into the next stage of the Kuiz Sains Nasional! Gee! That was totally unexpected. Izharul and I first thought that we have lost in the competition because no news of our results were said about. Well, you can imagine my surprise when Izharul informed me that Mrs. Yee got to know we are going into the next level on the 25th of June! That makes feel a bit enlightened.
