Just after tutorials

OK, I've just attended my Physics tutorials at the New Academic Complex and now I'm sitting in a comfortable chair in the Information Resource Centre, downloading a driver for the Bluetooth device of my laptop and, of course, blogging.

Hmm... it seems that I've been blogging quite frequently nowadays. However, the Internet connection back in my room has been very bad, in fact, unbearable! All Internet users at my hostel block couldn't understand why the Internet speed has suddenly dropped when it was much better a few days ago. We're also facing much difficulty trying to connect to MSN Messenger. All attempts of connecting to MSN Messenger were all in vain.

Surprisingly, the Internet connection in the Information Resource Centre is much better than expected. However, I don't plan to stay long here because the weather doesn't seem so good, although it is still quite sunny.

Currently, I'm really looking forward to having a real broadband connection that is shared among two other users. The MPPUTP (or Students' Representative Council) has discussed and will propose to the Information Technology and Media Services (ITMS) to allow students to apply for their own broadband connection if they feel that the Internet speed from their room is not to their liking. Well, I'm willing to pay RM22 a month (sharing with two more users) provided that I'm going to have the type of Internet speed that is similar to the one at home!

I'm looking forward for a special meeting tomorrow in UTP. My ex-classmate, Liew Kei Fai, had called up last week saying that his National Service camp is organising a visit to UTP tomorrow. Well, I'm quite eager to meet him again and perhaps even to show him around in campus! Jared Ee couldn't resist the opportunity of meeting Kei Fai here, of course. All of us will treasure such opportunities because to meet ex-classmates now is something that we can only dream of; most of our friends have already gone out to KL to study, some are studying in colleges or universities located at East Malaysia! We definitely cannot meet up together as a whole class anymore; such opportunities will be few or even rare, but we're praying that we'll meet somehow.

Well, speaking of meeting up together as one class, we'll definitely gather in school on the 13th of March 2006, because that will be the day when our SPM results will be released. Although I'm now accepted into university, I'm still hoping for the best because to succeed is not just having A's, but to be happy that I've achieved a certain goal. My dear friends and classmates, I wish us all the best, and hopefully we'll be able to reunite as a family, even if it's just for a while. Remember, once a Michaelian always a Michaelian.

Speaking of which, I think I should join the Old Michaelians Association already. Hmmm... after this I should check out the OMA website and find out how I can take part in the OMA. Hmmm... I'm still young (only 18, you know?) and I can join the Old Michaelians Association already? But there's really where we get to meet back some old friends, and it is quite nice to be able to remain contact via this association.

It's now 4.35 pm, I think I've said enough. I don't think I shall blog so often. Otherwise, I'll have nothing more to say, and I intend to write as long as possible for every entry (poor readers, you must be suffering to read long posts from me!). But if I were to blog every day, maybe my blog entries will be shorter gradually, because perhaps after a week or so, I'll have nothing more to say! What a shame, then!
