National Science Quiz

OK! It's near now. Today is the 23rd of June and the quiz is on the 25th! Mrs. Yee is going to fetch Siddarth, Izharul and me to Kuala Kangsar for the next round. We'll be meeting Anderson School, MCKK and ACS Sitiawan. Well, we've done some preparation over the past few days so wish us luck!

I just can't understand why so many people think that meeting Mrs. Yee spells disaster. Just this morning alone, Somash and a few other prefects asked me why did "you get screwed up by Mrs. Yee". They were rather surprised to hear that she didn't "screw" me, but was informing me about the quiz. I as a participant have all the reasons to be excited about this quiz, but it seems that Mrs. Yee is even more excited from the way she acted this morning. Strange, huh?

Well, some other news. At last, I've passed my driving test. I'll be applying for my P license soon enough. Besides that, I've just checked my Royal Commonwealth Essay Competition results online. Gee! This year the results are sure very early! I didn't expect the results to be out so soon actually. But let me write down the names of those who are awarded:

1. Jared Ee (Class B) - Highly commended
2. Timothy Wong (Class A) - Highly commended
3. Joshua Goh (Class B) - Highly commended
4. Yew Guo Zheng (Class A) - Commended
5. Nicholas Ling (Class B) - Commended
6. Ng Chien Young (Class B)- Commended

This year, more Michaelians managed to get commendations. Well done!
