Everybody is home now...
But I'm still in UTP. Yes, the mid-semester break has started already, but I've got to stay. That's because I'm involved in a band competition. I'm playing as the keyboardist. My band consists of a vocalist (a Vietnamese girl by the name Minh Anh), a bassist (Josiah Tay from Johor Bahru), a guitarist (name is Aman), a drummer (Yeo Hann, also from Johor Bahru), a side percussionist (Brian Woon, from Kuantan), me as the keyboardist and three dancers. The competition will be held tonight at 9.00 p.m. I will only be able to return home tomorrow morning.
You must have been wondering about what I've been doing for the past few days because I've not been blogging. Well, basically, university life is very busy for me. We've got assignments to finish before the deadline. Besides, if I were to write an entry for my blog every day, I would end up writing nothing at all!
It has been nice to be able to hang out with friends recently. And I'm also looking forward to this mid-semester holidays, which is only for a week. I plan to go to school and meet my old teachers and might even go to Ipoh International School to meet my former principal, Mr. Louis Rozario Doss. He is a great man who have inspired a lot of Michaelians to excel.
My plans for the holidays? Well, basically I'll have to start my English assignment soon and finish it possibly before the end of my holidays so that I can compile it into a book and submit it to my lecturer. At the same time, I've got to draft out a drama script and send a copy to my tutor, who will then forward it to my lecturer. We'll be doing a drama presentation soon in April. Next, I'll have to complete my Moral Studies assignment too, which has to be submitted to my lecturer in four weeks time. Looks like I've got a lot to do during the holidays huh?
Oh well, I guess I've not much to write now. Maybe I'll post an entry soon when I'm back home. Until then, I'm off now!
